i have been to your dealership multiple times with the worst experience on every occasion, I have never had a good experience or a happy one and always regret coming back until i met Rise! she turns EVERY experience into a very pleasant one, she knows customer service and how to turn a very unpleasant one into a GREAT one! SHE IS THE ONLY REASON I KEEP COMING BACK! i am in customer service also and have learned alot from her and shes knows how to run a service department successfully, i know for a fact when i know she has her hands on my work orders my problems go away without headache.
