I dropped my car off the night before as you were detailing it doing a safety check and an oil change. When I went to pick it up about 5:00, as I know you close at 6:00 it wasn't quite ready. They needed about 20 more minutes or so. It appear to be an extremely busy day, and your staff there made sure I understood that I would be taking care of and they apologize for the car not being ready. I was so impressed that they gave me a credit for my oil change because of the delay, and that no one had called me at home to advise that it was delayed. Everyone there was perfectly happy to help me in any way they could. Having been in the business world I understand backlog, busy days, and lack of staff coming in. I felt they did a great job in getting me done. The car was absolutely beautifully done in and out and I can't express how much it meant to me to have the oil changed not charged.
