Bought 2 2024 Chevy equinox’s and the sales person was great and the 200,000 powertrain warranty is the only reason I purchased the second one. The first purchase went smoothly but I still think we got screwed out of the 500 dollar health care rebate but it is what it is. The second vehicle your sales manager manipulated the numbers on the sale “to wash out” the advertised price which was 26, 785, reduced from 28,285, reduced from 32,490. After his numbers did not add up I showed him what your own website said it should be when I used the buy it online tool you have. He was off by quite a bit of money so I said I was not buying the car and left. I then emailed your general manager in Strongsville notifying her of this bait and switch deal. The next day I was called by the salesperson Erin who stated the deal would be worked out with the correct figures so I purchased the vehicle so the your finance person offered me a 1500 dollar extended warranty that I decided was not needed. We did purchase a 2800 dollar warranty on the first vehicle. She then offered me the warranty for 1000 dollars which I rolled into the loan but the price difference ended up being just over 1300. I then looked closer and found she added 1250 plus tax. I brought this to her attention and she said “oh, sorry I made a mistake” and corrected it. Really ???? I don’t think it was a mistake. Funny that a friend came to your dealership on Thursday April 25th and purchased a 2024 trax and the same exact pricing discrepancy occurred again. The night before we went online and got the exact price of that vehicle paying cash which was 24,285.04 TOTAL on your website. Sure enough the sales manager had a price of over 1500 dollars higher after his math. How does that happen a second time ??? She then showed him a screenshot of what your website shows and all of a sudden he comes up with the correct figure. As I said your salesperson Erin is the only reason I purchased the second vehicle but I am very hesitant to refer anyone to your dealership much less purchase a 3rd car which I need to do in the near future. I am also going to contact the attorney general in the near future. Very shady business practice.

Disappointed, I have already documented a concern/complaint and emailed your Serpentini service contact and also GM. I briefly explain: Since the very 1st service required your Serpentini location in Medina has been servicing my truck, after I purchased in Oct 2021. My truck at service time had 43K on the odometer. I reported that my truck was pulsating when braking down hill, the service advisor told me that the calipers were binding and all 4 brake rotors were warped and required to be changed, I asked him why this happened if you are doing a multipoint check, and part of your checks is "CHECK BRAKES/MEASURE FRONT AND REAR LININGS" as is stated in the multipoint vehicle inspection sheet. I was never informed of any issues in previous services pertaining this. And the answer to my question on why the calipers were binding by the service advisor was, they need clean and maintenance...I am taking my truck with you, a GM certified and trained center for that!! This cannot not be normal wear, I can't believe a set of rotors on this truck will last only about 40K miles. This vehicle is well taken care of, have all the required maintenance required and / or that the dash has reported, never hauled anything, never driven off road, it has only been driven in city. Bottom line, I ended up with a large bill, to remove and replace 4 rotors + clean and brakes adjust, for something your service center should've caught during inspection and that could've been prevented.

I/our family has 4 vehicles (Pontiac, two Chevy's ( 08' & an 18 Colorados) along with an Oldsmobile with two at & over 100,000 miles on them. I always service thru dealership ((Serpentini) because I value their knowledge & service. I would also like to shout out with a service advisor (Ali Blaz) in mind. "She is a keeper" with customer relations in mind - very pleased with her & I gravitate to her when I set any service up. In this day & age - I do appreciate them.

I showed first up thing on a Saturday morning with a badly operating transmission. I was still 250 miles away from a visit with my dying mother. Clint Hackney pulled every string imaginable to get my car repaired that day. I left the dealership with a repaired car at 4pm and got to visit my mother at 8:30pm. She passed away less than six hours later. I'd like to personally thank Clint and the whole repair team for expediting my service. Car functioned perfectly as I drove over 1000 miles the following week.

Took my 2007 Monte Carlo SS in to have the driver side mirror replaced. The mirror cost me $300. from Chevrolet. The dealer charged me another $350. to install it, about an hour of labor. I felt that was excessive.
