Confirmed Service Customer
I went in for recall notification and 3 mechanical problems. Of the 3 issues only one got fixed. The transmission issue is a design flaw and therefore I am expected to live with that one. I have to reschedule to fix the final problem because the part was not in stock. Thought the whole purpose of making an appointment was to have time to get parts in. Somebody needs to try harder over there. The Service Staff is exceptionally outstanding and I don't blame them. Sounds like a Management Problem.
