If this survey was based solely on our sales rep, Erin Doyle, I would give an excellent rating and a 10 for definitely would recommend. She mad the process very simple and straight forward and was pleasant to work with. However, this is my second time obtaining a car from this dealership, and both times I've ended up working with the Chris in finance. In both instances (one was a lease, the other was a purchase for which we paid with a check, no financing used) he made the process miserably slow. I'm not sure how much of it is in his control, but he certainly did not appear to be in any hurry, nor did he acknowledge how long it was taking. Even though we were paying with a check, it took him over 2.5 hours to complete the paperwork. When its time to turn in my lease in I will go back to Pat O'Brien, and I will request not to work with him. If he is the only option, then I will not lease/buy another car from there. He seems nice enough, but was not concerned at all with how long we waited. He did not make us feel as though our business was valuable.
