Confirmed Service Customer
Initially I thought the service was good. However, when I picked up the car and brought it home, there was a ding in my door . I tried repeatedly to have someone call me back. Left voice mails with no return call. This went on for a day and a half. Finally I reached out to Serpentini’s headquarters in Strongsville and the problem was taken care of immediately. I will now take my car to Strongsville for service only.
