We were quoted a percentage rate in the 7% range by Erin the salesperson but after we signed found out it was 8.99%. Finance person never went over any options of payments or percentage. When my husband called the salesperson she said she didn't remember telling him that, but she did, would find out and call him back....nothing. he called the manager left 2 messages....nothing. left a message for the finance lady.....nothing. Finally talked to finance lady said it was the best they could do, my credit score was 826. Said we can refinance in 3 months. Horrible way to run a business. Never will use Serpentini again and will never recommend them.
