Confirmed Service Customer
There was NO communication from the service department to myself regarding my vehicle. I dropped my car off at 8am and did not hear back from them at all! I called at 3pm and was told someone would call back, after an hour of waiting I called back AGAIN. They proceeded to tell me they could not fix my car and they needed multiple days. It was already 5pm at this time, and no car available to be given. The option given to me was to put together my BROKEN car and let me drive it for 2 weeks till parts came in. The experience was horrible and would never ever go back.
