My 2018 Silverado had issues with the infotainment touch screen not responding or changing on its own. The shop was able to quickly identify the issue, order the part. When the parts came in they shop got my truck in when scheduled and made the necessary repairs. Also the dealership shop replaced 2 tires and the new tires are great so far.
